All orders ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail except for The Smoke Collection which ships UPS Ground. You will receive a shipping notification including tracking information once your order is packed. Every package is marked fragile and insured for its full value. If you make multiple orders, I will combine them in one box if possible and refund significant shipping overages. I use biodegradable and/or recycled shipping materials.

I accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway, please contact me and we will work out a solution involving a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
