Frequently Asked Questions
When will you restock your pottery?
I restock my online shop about once every other month, but it varies. When I have a batch of new work ready, I announce the sale date to my email subscribers and offer a preview of each piece that will be available including dimensions, item description and pricing.
How long does shipping take?
I will ship your order within 1-3 business days. I ship ceramics using USPS Priority Shipping 2-3 day delivery. You will receive a shipping notification from me including tracking information. Every package of pottery is marked fragile and insured for its full value. I use biodegradable and/or recycled shipping materials.
Do you ship internationally?
No, for the time being, I only ship to destinations within the United States.
Do you wholesale?
No, I do not offer wholesale pricing for retailers.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I accept custom orders. However, each piece must be created in my established style and with the materials I currently use. I’m not able to accommodate requests for forms, designs, or colors that aren’t already reflected in my existing work. Please explore my past inventory using the search bar at the top of my website. (Look for the magnifying icon on the top left.) You may send me screenshots or listing urls of my previous work as well as a written description of what you're looking for. There is no additional charge for commissioned work.
How can I add you to my wedding registry?
Send me an email via my contact page and I will create special made-to-order listings just for your registry.
Can I put your pottery in the microwave, dishwasher or oven?
You may use my pottery to reheat food in the microwave. Putting them in a dishwasher is also fine. Do not place over a flame, on an electric burner or in a hot oven. Placing my pottery in the oven at a very low, warming temperature is fine.
Is your pottery food safe?
Yes, it is fully functional and safe to eat or drink from unless otherwise noted in the item listing.
