I may have used this word before regarding Osa's art but it has never been more fitting than for this cup. I could tell by the picture it was going to be very special but it is so much more. Those distortions of light in the picture come from beautiful wavy undulations in the body of the cup. The irregular top surface in the picture is a gently rising and falling and inwardly tapered and glazed lip. There's subtle stamping on the cup body, accented at top and bottom by copperish glaze highlights. And the whole finished with an aqua pearl glaze.
